Unlock by scanning QR code on E-scooter.
Unlock by manually putting in QR code on E-scooter
Then Jump on and ride and make some green.
-Exclusive Fleets- Access to an exclusive fleet of electric scooters only viewable by paid members. After renting a scooter, you will be able to view an exclusive fleet on GPS Live viewable map in which you can swap out by request. Just ask your personal fleet concierge ;) she/he will help you.
-Weekly and Monthly Loyalty Or New Member Discounts
From time to time we give out discounts for existing members based on loyalty (how long you rented the scooter for) and new members. Some examples may be:

-Your Personal 1-on-1 E-scooter Concierge- From the time you pick up and unlock your scooter, to the time you drop it off, you have a personal agent to assist you with any questions you might have or assist with issues as they may happen. If there were a bigger issue such as a repair issue with the e-scooter that will be done through the "support" button in the app (your personal concierge can help you with that).
-Real-Time Support-
Response within minutes to issues you may have on the road. This is only possible because you are assigned a 1-1 concierge to help you via phone or text in real time (which means responding to you within minutes) with any issues that might occur along the way or any product questions you might have. That’s how much we care about you. We believe if we can tackle your issues faster, you will go out and make more money faster.
-How To Ride-
There is a feature in the app that shows you how to ride the e-scooter in a safe manner. We take safety very seriously, matter of fact, one of the equipment you get from our team is an attachable “turn sign” to help you be seen when your hustlin at night. Yes we got your "back"
